How do I find out more about an item on this website?

I saw an item on your site earlier, but it's not there now. Where did it go?
Most likely it has sold out. If you see something you are interested in, it is best to order right away. Please contact us if you are interested in an item that is currently out of stock, we can check to see if it will be restocked.
Is everything carried in the Newport Mansions Stores® also online?
Unfortunately, no. We are always adding new items to NewportStyle.net, but we do not offer everything we carry in our bricks-and-mortar stores. On the other hand, we do offer some exclusive merchandise online that is not available in our stores.

Can I combine discounts?
We do not allow combining discounts, however, we will always honor the highest discount available to you.
Do I have to set up an account to buy from NewportStyle.net?
No. You can make online purchases without creating an account, just continue as a guest!
How do I create an account?
Please select the Register link at the top of any web page to create an account. If you are a member of The Preservation Society of Newport County, specify this in the drop-down box. We will confirm this information as soon as possible so you can start saving with your member discount!
How do I sign into my account?
Already activated your account? Terrific! Each time you visit NewportStyle.net simply sign in using the email address and password you created, by clicking the sign in link at the top of any web page.
How can I find out the status of my order, or change or cancel my order?
Once you make a purchase you will receive a confirmation email which contains your unique order number. When your shipment leaves our warehouse you will receive another email with the tracking data for your package(s). If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact email@example.com and provide the order number found in your confirmation email or the email address that you used during checkout, and we will be happy to assist you.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. NewportStyle.net is a secure site and holds a RapidSSL certificate. If you prefer, you may also place an order by phone at 401-236-7885 (weekdays).
I am a member of The Preservation Society of Newport County; do I receive a discount on my online purchases?
Yes! A membership with The Preservation Society entitles you to a 10% discount on all items in The Newport Mansions Stores® and online at NewportStyle.net. Become a member today and begin saving! Additionally, members save 25% off twice a year during our Members' Sales in August and November. To receive your discount online you will first need to activate your NewportStyle.net account. Note: Member discounts cannot be combined with sale discounts.
How can I learn more about your events/sale days?
Become a Member! Members receive advance notice of our events via our monthly e-gram.
You can also sign up to receive our NewportStyle.net newsletter to get advance information on our events and sales. To do so, simply enter your email into the field on the left side of any NewportStyle.net web page and select "Join".
How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping is calculated for you by FedEx or USPS. When you get to the checkout screen, please enter your shipping information and be sure to click the "Apply" button. We ship via FedEx and USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! When you place your order with an international shipping address, your shipping charge will be calculated on the checkout screen.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing to qualified buyers on select product lines. If you represent a business and are interested in carrying items from our wholesale line for retail, please Register with our website. During registration, please select "wholesale" as your membership level. Once approved, you may place and track orders using this online platform.
Are all of your items available for wholesale?
No, only some of our products are available at wholesale. These are specified by visiting our Wholesale Department.
I have been approved as a wholesale buyer, how do I view wholesale pricing?
Once your wholesale account has been approved, the wholesale pricing will appear for qualified wholesale items once they are added to your cart.
