Created in conjunction with the upcoming exhibition Richard Morris Hunt: In a New Light, on view from May 30 – November 2, 2025, this collection draws from the themes and aesthetics that defined Hunt’s career. The exhibition—presented by the Preservation Society of Newport County—sheds new light on Hunt’s life, work, and ideals. From his formative years at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris to his pioneering efforts in shaping America's cultural and architectural identity, Hunt’s legacy is one of vision, artistry, and nation-building.
