The "Triton Knot" sailing bracelets are carefully hand-knotted in Rhode Island from our own locally twisted nautical cord in various weathered New England colors. The anchor clasp is made of solid brass. The square knot is considered the most useful knot utilized in boating. Used for tying light lines, awning stops, reef points, cord on packages, and in fact is put to such numerous uses by sailors that many landsmen call it the "Sailor's Knot."
